I called for an appointment and found out that my Dr. had moved so made an appointment with another Dr. My new appoints was 3 Months away and after a couple of weeks I realized I needed a new prescription. I called Family Allergy and received a recording that if I needed a refill to call my Pharmacy which I did. My pharmacy called Family Allergy and was told that they would not authorize the prescription until I saw the Dr. My appointment was still 2 1/2 months away. Family Allergy does not really care about their patients or they would refill prescriptions in situations like this."
