"My daughter took her beloved cat there on 1/12/24 and gave them $100 to do some blood work as her cat had stopped eating and had become lethargic. They were going call her with results and a plan for treatment. The call never came. My daughter called them Friday afternoon and they said her cat was stable but they needed to run some more tests and they would contact her even if it was after hours. They never called back. My daughter, myself and my wife all called them repeatedly between Friday night and Monday AM but they were closed and we did not get any answer. Finally on Monday AM we called them again and they told us her cat had died just that morning. No explanation, no sympathy, just he died and we are not sure why? They promised again they would do a post mortem and let us know what happened but almost 2 months later still crickets. I would not walk away from this Vet, I would run."

"We have been rescuing dogs and cats in our family for well over 60 years now. We currently house 7 dogs and 8 cats, love each one. We've had a couple of different veterinarians over the years. We are very particular about who we trust with our babies In searching for a new permanent replacement for our now retired vet. They all are pretty good at what they do. Kevin and his staff are (IMO) a cut above the others, our first visit was full of worry for our Piper girl, she had a mammary tumor and it grew huge overnight. The check-in process was easy and the staff were super friendly and helpful, the moment Kevin met us he went straight to Piper before us, that told me all I needed to know and I was instantly less stressed, I knew we were at the right place. They took great care of our girl, tumor all gone and she got spayed too. Now she's doing great and we can't thank them enough. They're very affordable too We look forward to a long relationship with Pets Doc Veterinary Clinic. Highly recommend"

"I brought in an abandoned puppy I had found during a recent road trip, and these folks were the best choice for her care. They took her in immediately, we got all of her shots done, and they boarded her for a few days while I concluded my trip. This sweet pups new name is Piper and she has a new loving family with my In-laws. I could not he more grateful for this place in helping me with the sweetest dog I have met in my 28 years on earth. "I can not say enough good things about this place. Our dog was found unconscious and unresponsive after getting stuck between the bars of an inadequate kennel at the boarders. Our dog was left stuck and fighting for his life for 6 and a half hours before being found by the “staff”. My family and I were on vacation on the other side of the country when we received a call that he was in critical condition and being taken to Dr. Watkins. Dr. Watkins and his staff came in early to treat my pup. They were fantastic with calling me and keeping me updated. The staff was so compassionate. Upon arrival to pets doc, there was a lot of uncertainty around my dog making it and they were so empathetic when explaining these things to me over the phone. My pups condition worsened progressively over the next week after the incident. He eventually was left with giant gaping holes in his back legs from the extensive muscle damage. Dr. Watkins performed surgery on him, placing a drain and sewing up his wounds. I was very overbearing and filled with anxiety over my dog’s condition and Dr. Watkins had more patience than I ever could have asked for with me. He was easy to reach out to and responded quickly. He was not worried about the money and allowed me to wait to pay any bills until after we had arrived back home from vacation. I do not plan on ever taking my animals to another vet. Dr. Watkins is not local to me and I will continue to make the drive for the compassionate care you receive from him and his entire staff. I will recommend them to everyone moving forward!"

"Great vet. Very reasonable on their prices compared to places like Walt's. I'm not sure why it took me so long to change. The staff is friendly and cares about your animal tether than the dollar. I would highly recommend this vet. They are wonderful and don't break you by unnecessary procedures."
