"I paid the office back in August for services . The attorney never ever filed the case, never responded to my emails and now I am asking for my money I was told attorney dissapeard then showed up again ( doing family cases now) and they just left me there without any services or responses."

"Got recommended to her in 2019 and started my process right away for my husband to fix his papers, they did nothing but the first part of the process and took 4 years for us to make the choice to change law firms all she did was steal money she was on time with having her workers call us for the weekly payments we ended up paying for everything this but no work was done to our case then when we asked for a refund she knew she would get her was and we lost everything money and time she has some serious issues and always yelling at her employees treats them horrible and every time I would call they would make an excuse that she was out sick or on lunch Lunch hours for her was all damn day she sucks as a lawery ! "Our company contracted Elizabeth Conley and the Conley Law Group to help our H-2B workers obtain their E-B3 visas. The first process was all Elizabeth completed, but continued to take thousands of dollars from my employees and did nothing more for almost one year. After no response to my emails and phone calls, we hired another attorney to help figure out what she was doing, which was nothing. It was too late for our workers. They had to leave the U.S. immediately, lost thousands of dollars along with the hope they had to be able to stay in the U.S. Stay away from Elizabeth Conley and her firm. I’m not the only company that she has done this too but I would like to keep it from happening to anyone else."

"Our company contracted Elizabeth & Conley Law Group to help us secure seasonal workers via H2B visas. This process worked fairly well in 2021, but things fell apart quickly in the beginning of 2022. We were originally told that we should have workers in April, but there was a lack of communication that was a bit concerning. Despite those concerns, we made a significant down payment, and things went from bad to worse after that. We were told that we missed a deadline in submitting paperwork (which was not true) and our expected date for workers turned to May. It which turned to "we're doing all we can" and then to not getting any correspondence. We got a mass email citing all of the reasons why things weren't working out--health issues with staff and family, etc. Along the way, Elizabeth became less and less involved and we were talking to newly hired workers who didn't know what they were doing. Things eventually went dead silent and we had to try to find another way. They genuinely seemed to have had a string of bad luck with health and employees leaving, but we ultimately paid the price of not getting our workers for the whole year, being left in the lurch, and never getting the work performed that we paid for. We are filing a complaint with the Bar Association and have sought legal counsel. We highly recommend trying to find somebody else if you're looking for help with H2B workers."
