"So its late at night on a Saturday the weekend and they about to stop selling alcohol beverages after 1am so i hurried up to go to the store and didn’t have the right exact change, so i told him that i was sorry about it. I ysed to work as a customer service agent and have experience for many years. Anyways this gentleman LUIS was able to understand and help me to get the items and the change in return as accurate. He understood what i meant he helped he did a very nice job and was professional about it. Not so much peoplwork this way nowadays. Evry time you say hello or thank you after a purchase, no matter where or what it is. There should be professionalism into your ethics of job employment and as well on serving others. Why? Because, your standards and your quality will always speak as your actions and as well as what you are devoted for.
