"I have Been a customer many years at this Murray location. I was not only treated rudely by employee jessica Dean, She called me a bad name as well. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager. I asked to speak to her manager, the general manager or owner. She would not give me that information, and told me she would not sell me anything. I have never been treated so rudely before as a customer. I was purchasing a large bag of tobacco and 2 boxes of tubes, she informed me i had to buy the 200 ct. Boxes as she needed to sell them 1st. I told her ive as lways been able to open the 4 cartons ,wrapped in plastic and buy how many i want before. She said no you cannot. After many years as a regular customer this is the 1st time an employee there has ever been so rude and hateful to me. I am going elsewhere as well as family members and some friends. Oh, and if jessica is realy a manager, she needs trained better, because treating customers badly is very un professional."
