"This store is very inviting and very organized not to mention very clean. They also hire great people. One lady stands out there. She is friendly and very helpful. You can tell that she really and truly cares about her customers. She goes up and beyond for them. CVS hired a gem for sure. Great job Dasia S. Great job CVS for finding her. "This place is a joke. Multiple times I've been waiting in line for the drive thu to pick up a prescription and had them close down early for lunch. Such a big inconvenience. Would not recommend sending prescription here!!"

"Normally I love my local cvs. But the last 2 visits I've encountered a rude, condescending employee. I normally shop on Saturdays, it's the only day I have available without grandkids. I bought toothpaste and when I didn't receive the $5 credit that was advertised, I was informed by the young man that they put the new ads out on Saturdays, rather than Sundays when they apparently start. And I should not expect to get the deal that is advertised on the shelf as it doesn't start for another day. And this visit he will kindly honor it but not to expect it again. He was a rude, cocky, young man. Don't put the ad stickers on the shelf a day early and expect the customers not to assume that's the correct sale. And for a 20 something kid who knows no respect for his elderlys, and obviously lacks any customer service skills to talk to me like I'm a child in trouble is absolutely wrong in every way. CVS of Murray, the young male employee that works up front needs a revamp of what good customer service is. And if he ever speaks to me the way he did last Saturday I will not politely walk away. My 6 year old granddaughter was with me that day, because of that I keep my mouth shut but it won't happen again. Shame on you !!!"

"Not a well-functioning pharmacy. Routinely takes up to 48 hours for them to refill prescriptions. You go there and wait forever. I've sat there for 45 minutes watching employees just gab it up back there meanwhile there's 5 people waiting on their prescriptions. They close the drive-thru all the time. If you ask them to take a prescription OFF of you (no longer need it) they will tell you they do then you'll get prompted still if you want that prescription refilled anyways on the automatic call-in line, or they'll ask you. Prescription that was supposed to be ready on Friday still isn't ready today (Sunday). Corporate really needs to know how poorly this pharmacy in Murray runs. Pharmacy is only in their name!!"
