"We were met at the door by a smiling Carson Dooley, store manager. After getting acquainted, he listened to our story and sketched a broad campaign to narrow down the search for a suitable mattress. As we reacted to the information we gained, he adroitly focused us on products that met our criteria (price, comfort, etc). It seemed we "found" a winner within minutes. We left with an order for frame, box springs, and mattress, and we were totally delighted with the whole process."
"They gave us a great deal on a wonderful sealy king sized mattress and box springs. It's much better to be able to go into a local store and try the mattresses there than ordering something online. Plus you are also helping out a real local business owner than someone in a different state. Jamie, the store owner, and the sales associate were extremely helpful and were accommodating to our schedule for mattress pickup. Definitely would recommend to friends!"
"The manager Carson and store owner went above and beyond for us. First, we were desperate for a mattress right before close and Carson was still ready to help us and stay as late as we needed. Second, we found the one we wanted and it was not in the store. So on a Sunday night they were able to get us the mattress from their warehouse. I would recommend this store to anyone for their customer service but we are also very happy with our mattress."
