"Customer service is very poor, went around 2 to get an order of teas, the girl was very rude and rushed during our order and got frustrated and had an attitude when we had a bigger order. They asked us to pull forward and when the girl brought out the drinks they were very rude and stated they have an app we can use so it’ll be ready when we’re there next time. We’re aware almost every store has an app to order now, we chose the drive-thru for our convenience not theirs."
"Every time I ask for easy ice they end up putting more ice, it’s not complicated to follow a customers request. Will not be coming here anymore."
"Always give great and speedy service. Staff is always very kind! I only wish you received more points for your purchase on the app or that the rewards didn’t cost so many points. Over $3 for 7 points and it cost 50 points to get a drink half off..doesn’t quite make sense to me."
"The customer service is not good at all. Girl at the window today at 4:30 was not nice at all. We bought 4 drinks and were given only 3. we waited for the girl to come back so we could ask for it, and she was not listening to what the order was and she shut the window on us and came back and gave us a random drink. Be more respectful to the people who are buying from you!"
