"After a frustrating experience at another central Austin daycare, we enrolled our boys (now 1 and 3) at Primrose. "Our daughter has been at Primrose since she was 3 months old. We have loved our experience here. Every class has been wonderful and I can tell every teacher she's had has truly cared for her. I love that everyone who works there knows her name and says hello to her when we walk in every morning. We get great updates through the app and I always know what her day has been like. She's in the Toddler class now and her development has really taken off! For the first time she's also started showing some separation anxiety at morning drop-off which has been rough. But all of her teachers have been so sweet and empathetic when she's having a hard time letting go of us. They make sure she's getting the attention and space she needs in those moments and we can leave knowing she's going to have a great day."
