"Doctor and nurse on staff were great at addressing our needs, space was clean, and we were happy with the above services provided. Complaint Summary - we had a horrible experience with the front desk staff - questioning if we could afford out of pocket urgent care or the co-pay/deductible and made to feel uncomfortable. Update: Brave Care Did reach out about within 24 hrs to listen and is creating actionable next steps based on our feedback. I will leave this review but did edit based on the above experience. I did move to a 3 due to the patient service from corporate and the medicinal staff customer service been 5/5, compared to the receptionist."
"Really, really love this place. They can always see us at a moment's notice. The people at the front desk are always so kind, compassionate, and welcoming, perfect for sad, sick kids. The doctors, nurses, PAs and other medical assistants are fantastic. They are compassionate, friendly, and fast-- every time we have gone in, we have been seen very quickly and feel we have gotten full attention to fix the issue as fully and quickly as possible. Most recently we saw Ms. Khady Diagne, who is wonderful-- shout out to her for remaining perfectly calm while being barfed on, and for making my sick kid feel safe and cared for!"
