"I was getting discouraged looking for a bed frame and sofas everywhere and finally decided to go into Rooms to go, First walking in they make sure you are noticed and if you need anything they are ready to help. And I can honestly say Leslie made the experience worth every minute. Even when I tried to settle for less she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with what I was taking home. She is the best and I recommend you ask for her when needing help and an easy process. SHE’S AMAZING!!"

"I'm someone that likes a new fresh look every couple of years. Therefore, I have purchased several sets of sofas from Rooms to Go. The prices are usually fairly reasonable for the mid- level of quality you get. Couch cushions crush down fairly quickly...so by the end of the second year...they gotta go. Process is always easy. Delivery is always great. I do wish they would use better quality foam. It's not like the Rooms To Go corporation can't afford it."

"Save yourself the trouble and drive to Houston to Gallery Furniture instead of buying ANYTHING from this store. I purchased a bedroom set from Rooms To Go in September. The furniture wasn’t delivered until December. The delivery instructions stated that we should remove all carpets. It was raining the day of delivery and the delivery staff walked in the mud and said that they are not allowed to wear boot covers. The mud was tracked into my house and onto my carpet, ultimately resulting in my having to shampoo my carpet. The staff scratched and nicked my wood floors while assembling the furniture. Three of them used my restroom and left urine all over the toilet. I spent almost 2 hours cleaning up after them. The drawers on the dresser and night stands open but are incredibly difficult to close so I contacted customer care. They sent a technician to examine the damaged floors and drawers. The technician came a week or two later where he determined that the furniture was defective. I asked if he was going to look at the floor and he stated that it wasn’t on his list and that I would need to contact R2G to schedule another technician. R2G called me about a week later to schedule the replacement. The representative stated that they only had the dresser listed as defective. I said that the tech took photos of the night stands, yet it wasn’t on record. The representative said that I would need to have a second technician look at the nightstands. I received my exchange today where I was ultimately disappointed. The replacement is cracked and scratched in numerous places. The exchange delivery people were very kind, and efficient, they put their tools, supplies and packaging trash on top of my bed, resulting in me having to wash my bed covers/sheets. I contacted customer care and they sent a link to submit my photos. The link works, however, when I click on my case and try to upload photos, I get a page with “Rooms to go customer care” on the ribbon but no link to upload photos. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will NEVER shop at this store again."
