"Best Goodwill I've ever been to. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. I didn't take a look at the names of the two staff on the registers but they were working around 2:30pm yesterday and I must say they are a credit to your company. It's nice to go into a business and feel super welcomed and just have a nice conversation while waiting in line or getting checked out. Also everything I bought was super cheap. Loved it! Fitted my dog perfectly."
"Had most of their dressing rooms closed (only 2 open) and both were occupied with people that had a cart full of stuff they were trying on. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, I asked if they could open more and they reluctantly let us in one. It was full of clothes people left in there that they just hadn't gotten around to cleaning out. After I was done and wanted to hang up the items I didn't want, there was no rack around. I asked where I should put them and the people had no idea what to do. Tip: Put a rack up and then people wouldn't have to leave clothes in the dressing rooms...then you wouldn't have to clean them out so often...then you could have more of them open...then people could try on clothes they want to purchase....then you make more money and people are happier. This isn't rocket science people! Tired of the "understaffed" excuses... they had plenty of staff walking around."
"Bought a GREAT couch and had it on hold until my husband and son could pick it up. Got the ok from the store manager. Received a call to see if I was going to pick it up and when my folks arrived at the store— not over two hours later… the couch had been resold and was gone! Took my husband an hour to drive to the store from Leander! Store needs better management and associates need better training (because one was super condescending to my guys). I was offered a refund - rightfully so however, this illustrates bad business practice ."
"This is one of the most spacious goodwills I have been in. It has plenty of space between aisles, it's clean, and the items are nice. There aren't as many items as I've seen in other locations, but the quality makes up for it for sure"
