She has a strong routine, and focuses on the kiddos best interest. Plus, she sends photo updates throughout the day so you feel like you are in the know. My son loved the playroom and enjoyed helping her make pancakes. She even made chocolate chip cookies one day and sent everyone home with a fresh batch!
