"If I could give no stars I would . I only put my children in this center because it’s 3 minutes from my house . This place has been nothing but annoying since my kids started in October. The owner is rude and unprofessional I’m ONLY PAYING $225 due to the fact that I’m on NCI and she does the extreme most !! Like that’s all she cares about . Does not even consider working around my pay periods charges me late fees and even charges me to use credit/debit . Complains about everything when it comes to my three year old like she and her team can't handle her . Can't keep teachers , always out of ratio, restrooms look like you're in a nasty convenience store one of my children always has something missing and let's not leave out the part that both of my kids are sick every single week !!And half of the people giving great reviews are people she know . unprofessional, unprofessional UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️"

"Omg! I have taken advantage of Excelsoir Learning Academy’s services for over 4 years now, my kids are ages 1, 3 and 4. The instructors here really do care about the primary education of my kids. They have always made us feel like family, and that means a lot to me. They have made it affordable to me cause I have multiple children here at one time and I have never had an issue when I’m a little bit late getting off work and picking them up! I love this place and I recommend them to my friends all the time! You will be amazed at the care your kids will receive here!"
