"Great staff, people must remember that most daycares are not equipped with the tools and skills to cater to kids on the spectrum (which is why ABA Centers and other schools that can help kids who might be cognitively impaired exist) They try their very best to work with kids all over the spectrum, but they are not trained specifically for this. Overall they are caring people and love the kids and you can tell by the way the kids react to the staff when they see them. Check it out for yourself in person before basing an opinion over a disgruntled parent."

"We love Kiddie!!! My little one has been going here since February 2022. The interaction from the initial tour with Ms. Jazmin has not disappointed. Communication: I love the open communication about incidents, concerns and her curriculum. They do a lot of activities with the kids and provide daily pictures and reports. They communicate via email, the app and phone. Total opposite experience than we had at her previous daycare. Curriculum: My daughter seemed to fall behind on speech which really concerned me, but the teachers re-assured me not to worry. I can tell the teachers and staff really dedicated time to developing her speech and I’ve noticed such an improvement. Last week she came home singing all 12 months of the year and can count to 30 at age 3. Also when it came time to transition from 1 classroom to a new they do an excellent job of slowly migrating the students into the new classroom and even try to pair them up with an existing classmate to ease the transition. They really have an amazing program. Safety: I have no concerns about her safety. The front door is secured with passcode, and I have access to check in on her throughout the day via the camera system. I do hate that they limited the camera access time though. I also get a notification via the app when she is checked out/ or dismissed for the day. I am so pleased with Kiddie Academy Cypresswood! Best decision to move her from the previous daycare."
