"I stayed here once a week for work, for months. They normally have good service and decent rooms for the price. This stay, they won't let me check in a half hour early becasue they need to 'clean the room' (its 230, check-in is 3). So my room will be cleaned in the next half hour when checkout is at 10-11am? There are NO clean single bed rooms right before check in? The 'no' I recieved felt vindictive. I suppose I will be staying elsewhere from now on where small accommodations can be made. I have never been denied entry to my room a half hour before check in."

"For the price, absolutely amazing. My phone didn't work in my room but they offered to replace it immediately. Which I declined because who the heck uses a landline? Great wifi, good basic breakfast. Can't go wrong. No rift raft like at other budget hotels in the area."

"Front desk staff are generally friendly and helpful. Very dirty hotel. Staff offered only 2 hangers per room, iron board - but no iron, waffles, and dry cereal for breakfast; room toilet over flowed and phone broken, parking lot cracked and broken, beds too small for 2 tall adults... location is great, and A/C and shower worked, yay... not a good experience for us, and we will never stay there again!"
