"Everything was up to par, rooms are clean & modern with all the hotel amenities. Continental breakfast had everything you needed for a quick bite to start the day. Parking lot was safe & with lights at night. Would stay here again."

"Room was clean but the front desk was terribly unfriendly, unhelpful, and kinda rude. When we arrived their systems were unexpectedly down and they asked us to checkin using the app. I had never used the app before and the front desk person left us there with no key, instructions, and seemed annoyed when I called her when it made me set my checkin for an hour later. Our first morning, we stopped by the front desk to ask for washcloths and face tissue. They said okay and started working again, so we thought they were going to deliver…they didn’t. That evening I called the front desk because toilet wasn’t working and we didn’t get what we asked. They told us to come down and get everything and a plunger to fix the toilet ourselves. Well give it another try when we’re back in town because it is close to family, but my advice to management is treat your staff better so they treat your guests better."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Our room was clean, the staff was very kind, and breakfast each morning was delicious! We also really enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely recommend!"

"I'm actually pretty amazed at how great our stay was here. Great location near a lot of shops and restaurants, amazing price, indoor pool, free breakfast, and very very clean. We even took the stairs one day and it was clean and fresh smelling! My only complaint is the courtesy shop they have. Pretty crazy high prices so don't forget anything. I mean it is what it is, so if you forget something just go to Target down the street. I just finished up leaving a two star review for an Omni property but this Hampton was great!!"

"Great visit! John was fantastic at the front desk - so friendly and helpful. 5-star service - made my stay special! Room was clean and had nice features. Breakfast was standard Hilton fare - nothing special but enough to get you through the morning."
