"Tried to drop off several large bags of realitivly new clothes ( they didn't fit anymore)...it was 855am and guy said NO I needed to wait 5 minutes til they open...seriously you're profiting off my donation and you can't accept 5 minutes early .he was literally working by there receiving door...I left and donated elsewhere (NO GOODWILL)"
"Went to drop off several bags if really good clothes (just too small for me)...was there 5 minutes before 9am the guy had the receiving door opened with a dolly but refused to accept my free clothes...I told him I didn't need a receipt just wanted to drop off...he said I had to wait til 9am...SERIOUSLY YOU'RE MAKING MONEY OFF MY DONATED ITEMS...I left and gave away to another organization...im done with Goodwill forever"
