"it took almost 24 hours for prescriptions to be sent to pharmacy. ridiculous. I amended previous rating to 1 from 2 stars. These people are flat out incompetent. It took multiple calls to get entirety of medications sent. Then they called me back and LIED to me about it. if I could give zero stars I would."
"The total time for the visit was less than an hour, and the environment was friendly and clean. I have been to this location numerous times and have always had excellent care. As I have no insurance, I worry about prices, this location is the most economically friendly, and I would highly recommend. Staff is very knowledgeable."
"My experience with this urgent care facility has been absolutely terrible! I initially visited them last week on Wednesday seeking treatment for my illness. However the medicine they prescribed me proved to be completely ineffective, and my condition only worsened since then. Today Sunday I returned seeking medical attention, arriving at 2:30 pm. However to my dismay they refuse to see me because they close at 3:00 pm. This is a complete lack of empathy on patients in need. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care. Their incompetence has been truly disappointing."

"This is a great place. I didn't have an appointment, but I was given treatment within 40 minutes after check in. They are very efficient, and professional. The facility is clean, and everyone is friendly. They even found a pharmacy that is close to where we're staying that excepted our insurance. It's nice to see that there is a place that care's. I didn't choose Valley Day and Night because of the reviews."
