"Staff was reasonably friendly, but refused to sign that the trailer arrived and departed with the correct seal numbers. Owner operators, if you want to be sure you're protecting yourself from liability in the event that a shipper loaded the wrong amount of product, either don't book loads here, or else make sure the load doesn't have multiple stops. Even though the guard fills out a paper for the shipping and receiving office's use, saying that the trailer arrived with the seal on it, this place refuses to say the same thing on the bill of lading with a signature. "We don't do that," they say. This place has overnight parking, but no public bathroom. Tons of drivers all try to enter the property right when they open, so expect to be one of several drivers waiting in a disorganized line for that. Some drivers will forget to have their license plate numbers, DOT numbers, etc. for check in, or will pull up to the gate without realizing they're supposed to park and check in first. Edit: Both stops are US Foodservice too. I guess they just never sign seal records, even if the other stop is the same business."
"Those guys working at the front. Gave me invoice to sign, he saw me pulling out credit card from my wallet and I chipped in the machine. Waited 5 mins and told him the cc machine is not responding. He said it doesn't work so I have to pay online and gave me a weird look and smiled at me. The guy who was loading the product in my vehicle was very nice."
"When you come make sure you have your truck & trailer license plate # & DOT #. You will also need your license # as well. You don't have to show them as long as you know the #. Easy find. Got a door immediately. Guard I guess doesn't come in until 0500 bc we were all lined up waiting to check in. Restrooms on the inside. Plenty of backing space."
"Appointment was at 06:00 checked in at 05:30, bumped the dock at 0615, 11:30 finally got my paperwork. People were very nice. There is a restroom to use. You do not need dot number plates numbers to check in."
