"The elderly lady is very rude to my 9 year old daughter! This is probably nothing to brag about but I stop at this store almost daily for me and my family and have never had the experience I had today! My daughter was looking at a toy I told her I would think about after grabbing what I came in the store for and this old lady told my daughter she needed to leave! First of all go find her parent and address your concerns don’t tell my 9 year old she needs to leave and there is a parent in the store! I went immediately to address the conversation she had with my daughter and she said my daughter was trying to look at the balloons and she told her not to mess with it until she purchase it and to get out! I told her I would not spend another dime at that store for that kind of service and she told me that was fine. First off I’m always in that store and kids do worse than what my daughter did and I have never hear anyone be so disrespectful! I will not be back and will make sure my neighbors know what I experience from one of your employees that is working a customer service position! Btw I left without what I originally went in for and the cheap balloon set I was going to purchase for my daughters! Learn some customer service skills old lady!"
"Every single time I go there’s boxes filling the isles and nothing is out where it’s supposed to be. Cashier doesn’t say a single word and keeps his headphones in the whole time. He is very rude and blatantly ignores me when I say hello. It’s always so dirty in the store. Really unfortunate how down hill this store has gone."
"Cussed out by management due to accidentally witnessing her stealing from the store! Multiple carts of products being loaded into her friends cars in the back of the store! Called the store and requested the employee to tell me management’s phone number to report the issue and according to him she was off until tomorrow. So I call the number and it was the lady that was cussing me out !!"
"The staff is always friendly and helpful. They generally have the last minute items that you need if you don't want to go out of the way to the grocery store. The only reason it is a 4 star is they pack so much in that it feels cluttered and cramped. Also make sure you check the expiration date on some of the food items."
