"I wish I could rate a ZERO! There is NO dressing room. Purchased 6 pairs of pants to try on and return if they did not fit. Person checking me out made sure to be rude when she told me that the hangers MUST be returned, all tags attached and bring my receipt. DUH! As expected, 4 pairs did not fit. Went back to store within 1 hour. Person working who checked me out stated she "forgot" to tell me that I could NOT bring them back the same day. I had to wait a day per her manager. BULL! She supposedly called her manager and got an OK to take them back. I'm a grey haired 65 year old senior citizen. I could not believe the horrible customer service. Will NEVER shop here again!"
"The manager is the worst manager I have ever spoken to. She's rude, when you need something wrong up she'll call somebody. She won't do it herself. She sits down or in the back somewhere and one of the aisles never come to the front"
"THE STORE ALWAYS SMELLS! It's like they don't clean in there. They DO NOT rotate their product. My husband has came back twice already with expired food (Oreos and some cereal), and it's not a day or two expired. Its expiration of MONTHS. The cookies were expired October 2022?! Come on now."
"Earlier today, I was amazed at how large and neatly organized this store was. It was my first time ever going to this location. The clothing item I was looking for was easy to find and I was able to find more battery lighting items to purchase. The cashier was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back!"
