Then, he leaves you alone so you can take plenty of time testing them out to decide which mattress is the most comfortable to you. "Absoutley horrible customer service! Do NOT go to this place thinking there is an exchange and return policy, because there isn't, even though there website says there is. I purchased a mattress with financing and we did not like it. We called to exchange it and they said all sales were final, unless we wanted to turn it in for warranty . We couldn't get anywhere with the store. They would give us non working numbers or non working emails to get ahold of higher up people. Finally we ended up calling the finance company and actually got somewhere. We couldn't get out of the contract but were able to exchange for a different mattress. They are rude and hateful! Would not recommend at all!"
"I went today. Bobby Willis was the gentleman that helped me. He was awesome to work with. No pressure. Answered all my ?'s. I went looking to buy 2 twin size mattresses and left with 2 twins. 1 full and 1 king. Like I said. Bobby is awesome. Highly recommend him and this store!!!!"
