"I went around to all the normal stores Home Depot, Lowes for a piece of rebar but they didn't have any thing bigger than 3/8 inch, so I gave this place a call and surprisedly they had a 4ft piece of 3/4 inch (perfect) for what I needed it for and they cut it down to size with no extra charge. Lowes wanted $5 for an 3/8 x18 inch piece rebar and this place charge me $6 for 2ft x 3/4 in. Sold! Not bad!"

"The metal is fine, but the sales person is about as intelligent as a knot on a tree, and the fab shop is unable to do the most basic of tasks. Now you can lie to me and tell me something cant be done, but dont expect me to be accepting of it. Only giving 2 stars becuase their sister stores in Stafford and on Hempstead are excellent stores with intelligent and happy individuals. Also dont be surprised if they record and play your phone calls and lie to your face when the proof is in the recording. Long story short, give them the most simple of tasks and youll be fine."

"This business needs to hire new employees. I called ahead of time to pick up a piece of metal and they sent me an email with the estimate. I drove over an hour to pick up and when I got there the employee Lydia Perales was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Despite that I was the only one in the front counter, she had me wait over 30 minutes. She was sitting there on her iPhone taking to a relative in Spanish. She then tell me they don’t have the material. This Lydia Perales need to be trained on people skills and do her job and attend to customers. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of customer service. First and last time I will ever do business with this company. It is no wonder companies go under, bad service kills a good business. Get rid of bad apples. There is no supervision and both employees at the counter don’t care as long as they get paid. Terrible service with bad employees attitude. The other employee (heavy weight/bald guys just sat eating chips and surfing the internet."

"Had a 24"×24" 1/4" piece cut by them about 3 weeks ago for my smoker build and 2 corners are 1/8" off. Sign or no sign that the customer should verify measurements 1/8" off is pretty wild. Should have been a red flag when the guy in front of me order was messed up. First and last time doing business with them especially for the price I paid."
