"If i could give them 0 stars i would they are never going by schedule and always smells Like Weed up in here. Have So many boxes pile up like as if i was walking around my basement full of boxes! So unorganized, and lets not say Of the slow workers!!!!! Filing a complain To the head quaters they really need to get their sh together"
"I ordered Pick Up and still had to go get my items myself while 2 employees went to the back the moment I came in the store. I just ordered again thinking maybe this time is better, ordered at 1:40am, it is 6:30pm and it is still not ready, meaning I may have to go get the items myself once again. Why does this store have Pick Up but have nothing ready?"
"Unprofessional Staff. I went there to buy cleaning products including Clorox and Lysol. I forgot and did not grab That particular bag and of course I was charged for them. As I was getting ready to clean I notice that bag was missing. I checked my car 3 times and it was not there. I called and spoke with one of the Cashiers and I told her I had my receipt and she said there was nothing back there. I asked if I could go get the products since I already paid for it anyway and she said no. I asked for my money back she put "the manager" on the phone and he just repeatedly said "no" "no Ma'am" "Sorry" someone took my bag and they refuse to give my money back or replace the product."
"I like during this time some of our basic needs are scarce that the employees were helpful, courteous, and informative. Then line was beginning to get long and one of the associate stopped stocking to open the other register to get the line down. Customer service was great. The store was clean and organized as well."
"Employees are always nice. Clean store. Found what I was looking for. They did not have something I needed but it should be on the delivery next week. All is good. Regular Customer. Thank you."
