"This is my favorite meat market. I can always find the hard to find meats here for the new dishes I want to try out. The owner is very kind and responsive on FB messenger and happily deboned and ground up fresh goat meat for me on request. Everyone who works there has excellent customer service and is hospitable and everything is majorly high quality! I hope to try some of their ready-to-eat foods next time! Their sausages are also some of the best I've ever had, try to the jalapeno deer sausage and you won't be disappointed."
