Boys and Girls Urgent Care

"Took our son last night to get confirmation on ear infection & this clinic never sent his much needed antibiotics and pain relief medication to the 24 hour pharmacy. Called the urgent care in the morning but of course they are closed. What makes this even more infuriating is the fact that I went back to the clinic after the pharmacy told me they didn’t have his prescription sent in and the receptionist and PA assured me it would be sent. Do not recommend this place."

"Horrible experience, was there more than an hour and I was seen ppl that got there after us been taken back. I went to ask if they could let me know how many patients still infront of us and they couldn’t find my daughter in the system. When I got there and signed in she was NEVER added in. The receptionist didn’t acknowledge her mistake nor she ever turned to look at me. They asked her to check and all she said “she next”. The other staff member just looked at me and said “we will add her in right now” REALLY…. I know it was busy and things happen and as simple as acknowledging the mistake would have gone a long way. Obviously I left and took my daughter elsewhere. PLEASE DO BETTER…"

"Have taken my kids before never had a problem until this past Saturday. Took my son who had vomited a lot in the morning. While waiting to be called in vomited again. Once called told the nurses what was wrong and then passed to a room. Once doctor walked in he was really rude didn’t even check him correctly. Prescribed my son just pedialyte for vomite and fever. Never taking my kids ever again."

"Long wait. Poor service. rude staff. No white paper in the examining tables. When dr said to go wait outside the lab. I noticed Ana mendiola on her cell phone And the other two that were in the lab they (seemed )to be working ( keep in mind my son and I were the only ones waiting ) however after 10 mns I got up and asked NICELY if they were going to see my son soon since he had 101 fever and a sore throat. And basically he wanted to go home and rest since the wait was super Super long. I figured the lab workers Would Be quick , well Mrs Ana mendiola was super rude telling me to wait patiently and to go sit down in a vulgar and rude manner. She was super offended and unprofessional. I explained to her that it was urgent since my son was also very weak. I mentioned that I was there to seek medical attention for my son and that in no way or form was i there to be spoken in that manner. Or neither did I go To See her or Bother her. I asked to speak with the manager and she claimed To be the manager when in fact she wasn’t. I said well if you are the manager you are handling this situation very poorly and unprofessional. Another person that works there did tell me She is only the receptionist there and or assists the lab. I have taken my children there before and have had no issues. They have been polite and quick to attend to my children in the past. I will Be calling the REAL MANAGER TOMORROW Since it is late today."

"Loved it here. Both of my children were new patients and I was out of there in less than an hour. The experience here was great starting with the professional and attentive staff and especially Mr. Leyva. He did an excellent job in taking care of my children and went above and beyond to make the children feel safe and comfortable. Very surprised at the excellent customer service and the quickness of the staff to get patients in and out. Will definitely be changing my urgent care center to this one."
