"Great, personable, knowledgeable and professional staff. Jenn was very helpful in walking me around the store to select the perfect wines for my party. She solicited the advice of a scotch drinking employee as well, so that I could purchase the right bottle. Kristen, the manager, was also super helpful. Isela personally carried out all the merchandise and helped me load it into the car, because it was too heavy to lift alone. Felicia was friendly and efficient while I was checking out and paying at the register. Overall excellent shopping experience. I will be back!"

"Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. I don’t understand why they have bottles that you HAVE to ask for at the front and then they get annoyed when you do. I was standing there showing the cashier exactly what I was looking for FROM THE WEBSITE that showed it was IN STOCK by the way. He comes back with one of the things and says they “don’t SELL” the other. I was trying to understand if it was just wrong on the website, if they had ran out, or if they just really didn’t sell what I was looking for anymore when proceeds to say “you want these or not.” He’s obviously annoyed and frustrated because this is also the ONLY register open and he has a long line which I understand can be frustrating but again I HAD TO ask for these up at the register. At that point I just said yes because I felt super rushed, like I was doing something wrong, and I just wanted to get out of the way but when I got to my car I was upset. I left with something I didn’t quite want and I was treated rudely for something that was out of my hands so I went back to return my purchase. The person doing my return was a manager so I told him what happened. I was emotional but not rude, and he said he’d talk to the cashier but I could tell he was just as annoyed with me and had zero tact. At this point I regretted even saying anything I just grabbed my money and left. I even said thank you at the end and got zero response."

"If you have never been to Total Wine, you must go because it's hard to explain the awesome experience! You can't imagine what the inside looks like from the outside! The store is huge, the shelves are fully stocked and very well organized! You don't have to drink alcohol to go inside and find things that will suit your needs. They carry a lot of kitchen gadgets, absolutely everything you need for a bar, as well! Excellent gift items! You can sign up for a proper tasting of different wines and they have this at an area inside of the store that is set up for several people to attend. Therefore, you will be sitting at a table and there will be someone talking about the wine that you will be tasting! On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, every week, samples of, maybe, wines and/ or different liquors...and it's FREE!! Their customer service is fantastic, there are always employees and management visible throughout the store and no matter how busy they are, the checkout is fast! You will find liquors here that you won't find at other stores! It's a fun experience! Highly recommended."
