"Stay Away!!! Protect Your Wallet!! Fraud!!! My experience at Sam's Club was nothing short of a nightmare. My wallet was stolen, and the thief was able to rack up thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges at this very location. What's worse? It seems like the cashier may have been in on it. Here's how it went down: My wallet was stolen. (No fault of Sam's Club, I get it.) My bank flagged multiple cards for suspected fraud, all tied to purchases at this specific Sam's Club. The thief, seemingly with the cashier's help, tried multiple cards at the same register until one went through. Once they had a working card, they proceeded to make multiple purchases exceeding $1,000 each. This level of brazen fraud wouldn't be possible without internal assistance. My calls to the security department have been ignored, which only deepens my suspicion. To my fellow shoppers: Be hyper-vigilant at this Sam's Club location. Keep your wallets and purses close, and monitor purchases on your accounts. To Sam's Club management: You have a serious security breach and a potential employee committing fraud on your premises. Ignoring my calls is unacceptable. Address this issue immediately and put measures in place to protect your customers. I will never set foot in another Sam's Club again. I urge you to take caution and consider shopping elsewhere until this situation is resolved. This is not just a one-star review, it's a warning. Protect yourself and your finances. Choose safety over convenience."

"My kiddo is sick so I didn't want to go inside and spread their germs so I went ahead and paid the $4 fee to do curbside thinking it would be like any other curbside... WRONG! At the time of this review 3:25p, we've been waiting 41 minutes. I got a text at 2:40p that our order was ready which was great because we finished the errand before a little early. It's Sunday and I did have a couple more stops to make with other curbside orders and was not expecting to be at Sam's more than 10-15 minutes. I don't even see people consistently coming out. Only 2 people have gotten their stuff since I've been here and they were about 20 minutes apart. Then I'm trying to call the store to figure out what's going on but the phone either rings without answer or someone picks up and hangs up"

"Store was clean and had tons of eye appeal plus great amount of product. Good prices. Gave it a 3 star since we waited in line at cafe only to be told that the pepperoni pizza we wanted was already spoken for by someone else. They didn't have anymore available. She tried to get us to buy some other hamburger pizza or hot dog. Uhh..no thank you. We wanted the famous Sam's Club pepperoni pizza. We left and went to a restaurant farther away from that store. Sad. They should have made more for waiting or future customers. Bad management."
