"The store hours are from 8am to 9pm, yet when I come to the store at 10am, the lights are on but the door is locked. I even called the store, no answer. What in the Family Dollar is going on? This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPRODUCTIVE. Please do better."
"The store manager is very rude and unprofessional. She actually put me out the store and told me she would not be selling any of there products. She got upset because I called her out on items placed by the wrong price. When I told her she should fix that because it causes people to think the items or for the price listed. She tells me maybe I should read then I would know the correct price. I have been calling up there to get the managers name and the district managers information and she continues to hang up in my face. I even went to the family dollar on 249 and tried to call again just so they could see the service that I was dealing with and she hung up again in my face. Attached is the items that I'm referring too."
