"A manager named Oscar, old man with grey hair needs to retire or have a better attitude when it comes to helping customers. I was looking for a hand soap and had a picture of what kind of soap I was looking for he did not take a single second to look at the photo I presented. And rudely and immediately told me aisle E or F. I told him well I didn’t see it, could you help me find it? He was like ma’am that’s the only place it would be. And I then asked how do you even know what I’m looking for is you don’t even know what soap I’m showing you. You probably could or don’t carry it. So I would appreciate if he had looked at the photo to understand what exactly I was looking for. Do better. And have better customer service."
