"I ordered 2 packets of Barnyard millets. One was fine. The other had a lot of insects. When contacted, I was informed that there was no warranty on their products but as a courtesy they sent me a RETURN LABEL & informed me that they would replace as soon as they received my RETURNS. They received it on 20th November - 4 days before their long weekend holidays but despite 3 emails from my end there was no response to 27th-1 week later & that too very unapologetic. Their prices are not competitive & if products are insect ridden, there is really no point buying from them at all."

"4 years long time customer here. Everytime they create shipping labels immediately(looks like automated system generated) but never ships the Order untill we followup over the call. Its time to stop giving them a business. 4 yrs of feedback is too much to tolerate these lazy unprofessional folks. Today its not Sudhi who responded the call but a 55 year old unprofessional lazy person lifted call and not even ready to take the feedback with no infomration when they r going to ship the order. Book ur stuff only if you want to wait forever without any information on the order or customer service"

I get it that it is a small family store and they are learning how to fulfill online orders. *update* I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them. I placed an order and no product even after 3 weeks! Tried calling them, no one picks up and the mailbox is full. *update* I did get the order, but was not automatically refunded for the items that I didn’t receive. Had to email back and forth to get the refund amount fully.."
