"This place is great. But today there is some new setup by phone for prescriptions & it's not working. Old way wasn't broken. WHY do you have to change it?"

"My 78 year old dad got COVID and this pharmacy was the only place in a 15 mile radius that had the medicine. I found this out after calling his regular pharmacy on Mason and Highland Knolls. They called this location to fill it and said we would be called when ready. They (this location) called at 7:30 pm. I got there at 8:09 pm. The person behind the “we are closed” curtain saw me and ignored me. When you call someone and KNOW this is the situation (COVID plus not the customers regular pharmacy) tell them what time you close and be decent and acknowledge someone who pulls up in a drive thru even when closed. We all have to work late and your job is pretty important to people. This was Thursday July 7, 2022 at 8:09 pm for the record."

"They always have the medication I need. I’f they don’t, they quickly work in getting that sent over to another HEB pharmacy if I need it ASAP. The staff is helpful and informative when I ask questions. Yes , the service is slow , but you also have to keep in mind it’s only a few people staffed working a heavy drive thru line and people inside the store who are also waiting to be served."

"Slowest heb pharmacy I’ve ever been too. rarely call to let you know your medicine is ready but say they did? No matter if you go inside or the drive thru you’ll be waiting God forbid you go through the drive thru you’ll be there all day!!"
