"Nice staff, the store is well kept good selection. That being said, be prepared to pay high prices. Pet supplies are 2-3 times higher than major pet stores. Local feed stores have lower prices, and home and garden supplies can be found at better prices at Lowes and Home Depot. But it is a nice store to visit, and it does have a few unique items. They have a very easy return policy with efficient and knowledgeable staff."

"I’ve Been going here for years. I’ve finally decided to make a review. The ones with thumbs up are helpful because they are true. The ones with thumbs down are not. I read reviews before posting one to be sure I wasn’t being singled out. I only go here cause of the store. No it’s employees. They kinda really suck really bad. They’re really rude, make me feel like I should come there. There’s others store around her that are alike. It’s like they hate to see someone other than a regular come in a buy something. For me new money is better than old money. At least it comes with inflation, not that under the mattress money. My point is, treat everyone good help them when they’re waiting to get chickens, I’ve been considering it for quite some time. And lower the prices! You got more buying power at Home Depot than this place. Oh well, what can I do, but be prepared for horrible service 30-50% of the time I go. I will not take away that in fact there are a few bad apples in there and there are what I believe some great core employees. The one that helped with my first batch of chickens, I know she was busy with the line and there was no one around and she came to help me, and the same lady helped me get propane, several times with great service. And another gentleman with glasses."
"Bought a 3 pt pot hole digger and auger online. Received and email to pick up. The guy that loaded said they didn’t get it put together in time. I ask him why it wasn’t put together he shrugged his shoulders and drove off in the forklift. I offer to put it together, nothing. Last purchase of equipment from this store. That’s just pure laziness."
