"i ordered a bacon quarter with no bun, received the wrong order (we ordered through drive through and got a LOBBY order), then when my mother drives back up there to fix it she is disrespected and laughed at by crew members, when we got the right burger barely any toppings were touching the meat as if they did it purposefully, called them literally 8 separate times and did not answer once except for the last call when i was interrupted trying to explain and Dolores, the manager, told me to call back later and when i did, no answer, i really don’t get how they’re still open. Absolutely unbelievable."
