"This is the best Uhaul rental location in this area! Jim and Lorraine are so nice and helpful. They helped hook up a trailer and gave.me tips when I'm pulling it since I've never used a trailer. This is the only place I'll be going to in the future if I need a rental. I recommend this place and give it 5 stars!"
"The owners of this establishment went above and beyond. We had a last minute change in our Uhaul reservation. The morning of pick-up the owner helped us attach the trailer, replace two bald tires on the trailer, put air in the tires, and readjusted the trailer hitch. We are very appreciative of their extra help. Thank you!!"
"Rented a uhaul from this location today. We used their truck for a total of 5 hours and moved three, yes only three pieces of furniture. A three piece sectional. We turned the truck in on time and EXACTLY how we picked it up. There shortly after we get a 50 dollar cleaning bill, which is complete nonsense. Be aware when renting from this crooked location, you will get fees that you don't deserve."
"Very disappointed. Showed up to pick up my U-Haul in the middle of the day, they were closed. U-Haul trailer sitting out waiting for me so I hooked it up myself and drove off. Arrived at location in next city to drop it off and for the next week they keep insisting I never picked up the U-Haul and never dropped it off. Claim the contract was cancelled , yet... I had contract with all proper documentation to prove I had ordered and picked up at proper time in correct location . Worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul."
"This is a special place. It is managed and owned by a lady Named Loraine if I remember correctly. She is amazing to work with. She is flexible she focuses on the customer she has quality equipment for rent and really cares about her customers. The little set up she has off a 1518 is quaint and really safe making you feel like you're at home . If you live anywhere near Cibilo, Universal City, Schertz or Converse and need a uhaul, want to park an RV or or something large or just want a storage unit then you must go there. Her prices are just a little lower than all the other places but it's the service that separates this place!!!!!"
