"Understaffed, under-sized, overwhelmed, and apparently their phones work less than McDonald’s ice cream machines. Most employees try to be helpful but there is constantly a wait, inside it will be 4 to 5 customers deep and outside it will be 3 cars. I’m trying to find out the best time to go by there but I haven’t found it yet."
"Every time I go grocery shopping the pharmacy is so busy and the wait is ridiculous. We have one person checking out customers when there are 3 registers. I have spoken with the pharmacy manager twice about this and I just called Greg the Store manager. Every time they say people call in sick and I get excuses. I would think at this point because the line is always so long you need to get more help. I have to say they did just bring another checker up, so I'm pleased to say that my phone called work."
"They never call when there's any kind of issue (I've had it all... Insurance, doctors, refills, filling the order, etc). AND THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! especially any time around 4-7pm. Good luck and hope you aren't going to die without the meds! Are there any other options for pharmacies?! I miss living in bigger cities. They need more staff and better communication."
