"Living in the hill country has certain drawbacks which we are known, and therefore acceptable. For example, if you decide you want to “run to the store” its usually at-least a 5-10+ mile round trip thats gonna take no less than 20-30 minutes. Another drawback is knowing that, with the exception of Whataburger, pretty much everything closes down at 10:00. What gets ridiculous though is when the only two gas stations you have even remotely close to you both have employees that feel its ok to close up shop 10-15 minutes early every single night, even though the sign on the door says 10:00PM."

"I work at Bigs #107 in the kitchen. I know for my part and my coworkers in the kitchen, that we do our best to have hot food ready. We are always very polite with the customers and make sure that they get what they order and maybe a little extra, if it's appropriate. The store side is really busy all the time, which can create a long line. If the kitchen is not very busy, we will check out the store customers to help relieve the backlog. Although we cannot do gas at the kitchen register. The food is great. We have chicken tenders, bone-in chicken, shrimp, on certain days we have jalapeno poppers. We always have biscuits and fish besides being able to get"sides" with your order. We have daily specials besides a full menu. Did I mention Pizza.... whole pizzas or by the slice. We also have a take and bake pizza and made to order. I'm not just pumping them up because I work there. I have eaten the food and worked the register besides cooking and serving and doing the dishes and mopping the floor, taking out the trash...etc. Everyone in the kitchen does whatever is needed. If you come by Bigs #107 near the corner of Hwy 46 and FM3159, Stop in and say hello. Bob"

"I went there tonight July 1, 2021, at 10:30 P.M. and they were playing disgustingly profanity on the music speakers. Such words as were coming out of the speakers should not be heard by my children or anyone for that matter. I went and spoke to a young lady through the door as they were locked up. I complained about the profanity in front of children and she asked the store manager who was playing the music to turn it off which he did. He seemed offended that he could not offend others with such filth."

"I'm an employee At STORE 207, and aside from a select few customers causing a ruckus over the mandatory requirement of wearing a mask due to the current CO-VID-19. The polite regulars and passers by make the job a joy. I love working for the Big's Franchise, and I love my co-workers. Stop in at your convenience for friendly customer service. THANK YOU!!! "Oh how I truly wish I could give this place negative stars. I’ve stopped here a few times on my way to see family. (At least once a week) I stopped yesterday around 7pm with my work shirt on the guy (yes I said guy, normally I would say gentleman but that definitely doesn’t describe him) proceeded to talk to me about the area I worked in because it was clearly on my shirt. He was telling me good and bad things. He told me a story about an experience he had in that area and instead of just telling me the story about this encounter with a man, he proceed to tell me the story and say “I’m not going to say the color of his skin, but you know” How RACIST and terrible to talk and representing a business like that. I will definitely be choosing to stop other place on my way to and from my family’s home. Disgusting."
