"I live in Ohio and needed work on my mower. Called every shop around me and was told 3.5-4.5 weeks. Who can wait that long to get their mower back? Spoke to Ashley who was over the top nice and said don’t worry we got you. Ashley nearly fell out of her chair when she realized we drove all the way from Ohio. They had my mower done before they said they would and I can’t say enough about the polite and professional service we received. Yes we will be back all the way from Ohio!"

"Called ahead to find out when I could bring my Kobalt mower in for sharpening. Brought it in Wednesday and it was ready by Thursday at noon. They helped me get it in and out of my car too! Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite. Best of all the price was amazing And the blade is super sharp!Thank you so much Randy."

"Won't ever take a mower there again to get work done. Before the man came picked it up he warned me they might break the hood of my john deer so I removed it to save the hassle. Wasn't sure if I needed a battery or a starter so I let them check. Got a call the next day said it was the starter a respectfully declined the service, and just paid the pick up and delivery fee since I did not like the quote on a starter when I could put it on myself. Soon as I got it back I tested the starter with jumper cables and it was fine. Went to O'reilly's charged up my battery and the mower fierd right up. Either they didn't take the time to look at it or just wanted to get high dollar service of the deal, but for sure would not recommend them either way."

"Ordered a part for my new 6th dollars zero turn and while inquiring about the part, I was rudly hanged up on in mid sentence . Then my son called and the part was in when he talked to the lady and told her the man who talked to my mom was rude. The man called back and denied being rude and refused to sell us the part. He sent the part back and refused to let us buy it after we had waited for it to come in. This is extremely poor customer service. Won't be back."

"I can’t say enough good things. We purchased a Cub Cadet. We were a bit iffy as there was a client yelling about how unhappy he was with their service when we first step foot inside. Happy to report that we’ve never experienced that. Sometimes certain things are out of their hands. When we needed our mower repaired and waited weeks for cub cadet to send the parts over.
