"Terrible prices. Terrible customer service, looks like they sit on a ton of product. Tried to buy 2 tequilas that have been there for probably 8 yrs and they offered a 5% discount on only 1 when both had major evaporation. I looked them up and total wine had the same bottles at $50 saving on each. No price match. They do not have a good business model."
"Came to this location looking for a specific beverage. Walked in and asked the guy at the counter where it is, and he pointed to the cooler. I walk to the cooler (which is directly in front of the checkout counter) to look at the selections. They had varieties I had not seen before, so I took my time looking at them. While looking, another employee comes around the corner and not so discreetly acts like he’s looking for something, but really just watching me. I continue to take my time, because I’m spending money, and he eventually walks away. I make my selections and turn to walk up to the counter to pay, and both are staring at me and watching. Literally, if anyone else was in the store they could’ve taken whatever, because the were so focused on me. I will definitely not spend my money here, and if you’re a brown person who isn’t Indian, I suggest you don’t either since apparently we need to be watched so closely. There are too many other places to go in DFW to deal with obvious prejudice. Too bad zero stars isn’t an option…"
