The Little Gym of Houston-Copperfield

"Very bad business practices! We had been positive on the classes and experience at Little Gym with our youngest. However, due to a schedule conflict we needed to cancel with them in November. We called and cancelled over the phone with their staff, but we’ve learned they didn’t actually cancel our membership as agreed. They’ve continued to bill us and are now saying it’s not their policy to provide refunds AND they will charge us at least one more time due to a 30 day notice requirement, which must be provided on a form they say we must fill out. They never said this was required. We’re now in a dispute with them via the credit card company. Not the kind of company I want to do business with ever again."

"The management and ownership of this location have been an absolute headache for me and my wife. We attempted to cancel our membership, in person, months ago with plenty of notice before we intended to leave, and they continued to bill our account well after we left. We attempted to reconcile the situation with their management, but they refused to reimburse the extra charges they made as "they don't do refunds", despite our submission of cancellation forms, and informing of present staff at the time. The teachers are great with the kids, the actual experience was fantastic for them, but you can get that at any Little Gym franchise. I would highly recommend against giving your business to this one."

"We just finished up our son’s birthday party. It was so much fun! The staff was so kind and helpful! I didn’t have to do anything from setting up to breaking down the party. They put up all of the decorations, served the food, and took care of taking it all down. The party itself was perfect. The kids had a ton of fun running and playing on the equipment and doing the activities. We will definitely be checking out classes and will keep this in mind for future parties!"

"They need staff that are more experienced to work with children. They had a male instructor around January/February that was excellent, but the instructor after him had very limited patience. A lot of the parents had comments about this, however, a few of us decided to leave and go to another gym in the result of the instructor change. I have only been a member of the Little Gym at this exact location."

"I have 2 boys one goes to class on Wednesday the other on Friday. The staff is great they are helpful and patient. It's great for my boys to burn off some energy and interact with other little ones! I love that the classes have objectives so they are learning and building on different skills"
