"Old man Chris must have had a horrible week. I walk into the store this morning around 11. Get 2 drinks. Place them on the counter and then this old guy walks past me with product in his hands. Say nothing.. Doesn't smile. Just mad at the world type of guy since he made bad life choices and now working at such an old age. When no one was there to check me out. I waited... Then other customers come up.. Saying well if no one is here they are going to walk out.. Im not going to steal ANYTHING! I asked the 2 ladys outside the store to check me out. Then the old guy comes out and says.. Im coming im coming hold on lady.. What hell is this guys issue. Then proceed to pick up the 2 drinks and slam them on the other counter he is working. At that point I tell the cashier I dont want it. He says something under his breathe. I walk out and tell the ladys Im sorry I pissed that old man off. I cant believe how rude and horrible this mans customers service is. I went to Fiesta for my drinks. It took a few calls to get someone to answer. Then Chris answered the phone. Rude as hell on that as well. I ask for corporates number and he wouldnt give that. He gave me the District managers number. Horrible service from this man!! Paul did call back and said he would address the issue. I've never had a problem with the night crew.. Hopefully this doesn't happen again."
