"This will forever be my go-to pharmacy. They are always so kind and amazing. They do a great job at taking care of multiple customers at once when there’s a line which I know is stressful to do. They do it like it’s nothing. Pharmacies get busy, and patience is a must. My local market street is always going to be my favorite"

"The other day I went to the pharmacy. As I got up to the counter, I realized I didn't have the GoodRx app open, so I rushed to get it open bc ppl were behind me in line. The app would not let me access the info I needed. Being in a rush to let the ppl behind me go, I just went ahead & paid the regular price. As I got to my car, I finally got the app working, so I went right back in, hoping they would have mercy on me since I just barely purchased it. As I opened my mouth to speak, a tech(?) with long, straight brown hair, came rushing up from behind the cashier to loudly & aggressively tell me that I can't return it, but she can do a price adjustment. She proceeded with hostility to tell me that "it's very hard to do a price adjustment." (It took her less than a minute to do, so I'm not sure how "very" hard it was). Then, she noticed that I was a GoodRx Gold member. She proceeded to abrasively tell me that I should have told her that from the beginning. (I had cancelled my GoodRx Gold, but I was having a terrible day, so I just let her berate me in front of all the employees). At LEAST 4 things she loudly chastised me about in public: 1) I should have had my app ready. 2) I didn't have to buy it in the first place. 3) It's "really" hard to do a price adjustment. 4) I should have told her I was GoodRx Gold (when I wasn't). What she doesn't realize is that I don't work for her! She works for ME. She needs some serious training in customer service. We're her bread & butter! Apparently, she gets off on making other people feel small. What she doesn't know is that if she EVER speaks to me again at ALL, I won't go to the store manager, I'll go to corporate."

"I want to give kudos to Rae & Brittany in the bakery department! I had placed an order in May for a graduation cake for my son. There was a little confusion with my order, so when I picked up the cake, the decorations weren’t as I requested. I communicated this to Rae, and she and Brittany quickly fixed the cake while I waited and had it ready for me in less than 10 minutes! Turned out better than I expected, and they added embellishments without charge for the confusion with the order. I appreciate Rae and Brittany so much! They represent Market Street so well!"

"Felt put off by the female pharmacy tech - not friendly or helpful at all! Made online appt to request 2nd COVID booster. Got there and instead of actually looking up the appt I made, the tech acted annoyed I was even there and said “you aren’t eligible for this, it’s for people over 50 or immune compromised.” How did she know whether I was immune compromised or not b-c she never bothered to ask. I asked when I’d be eligible and she said “I guess just follow the CDC.” Just came off extremely rude when I simply had basic questions."

"I phoned to try to get the second COVID shot; the Market Street pharmacy won’t give second shots to customers who didn’t get the first shot there. That’s just great! I’m an 85-year-old widow, live alone, and am running out of time to get the second shot. Was completely unimpressed with lack of efforts to help me find where and how I can get the second shot. Am betting pharmacies get paid per patient, and they’re not interested in customers who only need the second shot because there’s little or no money in it."
