"Staff not very knowledgeable about their prices. Stop to buy USG plus 3 joint compound. 4.5 gallon bucket. First told $23.98 per gallon. I asked if that was correct as prices elsewhere where more like this for entire bucket. Then told $38 for bucket which would be $7 per gallon. Was told this what manager said also. Refused to buy and had to drive next town over to McKenzie and purchased $22 for exact same size bucket."
"Understaffed at best, sometimes only 1 individual working for 3 or 4 customers at once, employees themselves are A++, product is A++! Ive had a 2 part epoxy (macropoxy 646, EXPENSIVE!!) for over a full year sitting outside through hot and cold, popped the tops, mixed, I did have to add a little xylene thinner but it did the job nicely for paint that only has a shelf life of 6 months. So far super pleased!"
