"Beautiful grounds. There is no charge to see the house. Nice souvenirs. Great bathroom. Airbnb here. Never did the trails. Bring mosquitoe spray, I hear, though. Man working the shop could have a little more personality."

"Beautiful home full of historical items that you can see for free. To walk the grounds, you have to register and pay a small fee but totally worth it. Lovely place for an easy hike!"

"Tucked out along the Rio Grande River, on the STILL United States side of a border wall. The first of many sites is the Rabb Plantation house. The two story Victorian house, built in the LATE 1800S, is the visitor center for the sanctuary. With many trails to venture amongst a dense population of sabal palms. Many endangered animals from all genomes. A butterfly garden slash pollinator garden for many species to enjoy. And a bird population to fill the pages of any bird watchers journal. Sabal palm sanctuary is a great place to just get out and enjoy nature."
