Brownsville Performing Arts Academy, located at 543 East 11th Street in Brownsville, Texas, is dedicated to providing opportunities for the community to engage in art, music, dance, film, community theater, and cultural events. Our mission is to promote music, performing, and visual arts education for all individuals.
As a part of the Revival of Cultural Arts non-profit organization, we aim to revitalize the cultural arts in Brownsville through the Carlotta K. Petrina Cultural Center. In partnership with the City of Brownsville and other partners, we oversee programming at the Brownsville George Ramirez Performing Arts Academy in downtown Brownsville.
Our programs are designed to be inclusive, holistic, and life-giving, promoting a sense of belonging and social cohesion within the community.
