"do NOT book with this place if you value upfront, honest, & quality customer service. i called in to book a refill as i already had a full set on, spoke with Jess, please note I have not been getting my nails done for long so I do have a couple questions about the type of powder/polish i need, so all was set. i come in and am told that the service will cost $45 plus add ons- fine by me! next thing i know they are SOAKING OFF MY PERFECTLY SHAPED NAILS?? and telling me my total will be $105! Hell no! Save your money, book elsewhere. Also, please take a note of how they let me walk out, these nails still have acrylic and color all over them, so uneven, so disappointed. As a BRAND NEW CUSTOMER, they could have at least discounted my service. I am so saddened by this experience."
"UPDATE; although I’m keeping my review below, The lovely owner did reach out to me and I am very pleased with the way she handled the situation. I do plan to give them another try. Iris is great! She did my full set the very first time I came here, as well as the last two times and I haven’t had any complaints or issues! She is very friendly and gives me just what I want every time! Unfortunately, this last time around, my pedicure was not as good. I came in the next day just to get a polish change because the polish did not dry well and looks messy. They wanted to charge me $12 for this when I literally was just there the day prior and paid $50. My pedicure itself wasn’t even done well (which I wasn’t even going to complain about at first,) I still have so much dead skin on the bottom my feet and my toes just looks a mess like I never had them done. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and although I love Iris, I will not be back."
