"horrible experience, went with my friend for her birthday. I showed a picture for my nails before hand to confirm they could do the design , they stated they could. I explained I wanted red on my nails and then red instead of black on the party nail. Originally I left and went to my car, after looking at them more I went back in to complain. There is staining on my hands, the design and photo reference are no where near similar and overall it was a very unfortunate experience. The “manager” offered to refund me $20 since the design was bad but the nails weren’t. I then explained that these nails are horrible and will have to be fixed at another salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I had a mother's day appointment for a deluxe manicure and pedicure. I do not do salon nails often but I felt they did a great job. The facility is very clean and quiet with comfortable chairs. I had a dip nail manicure and a deluxe pedicure. They are very fast and didn't cause any discomfort during the filing or hot wax/oil treatments. I would come back again for a special day of nail treatment!"

"Where do I start? 1) I came in for a pedicure. I asked for a overlay (acrylic) on my big toes One minute they said they don’t offer it, then when I said it’s totally fine I’ll just head out instead. That’s when all of a sudden they said they do offer it… okay? Weird. 2) The lady had cut me pretty bad across my big toe with her instrument 3) the lady BARELY removed any of my dead skin off, that’s the whole point of a pedicure.. softer, healthier feet.. 4) the gel polish they used is low quality and somehow created bubbles (that move all around) my toes nails in between each layer. Never coming back."

"My toes turned out great and I think my fingers look nice but the girls are just so rushed. They are not precise about filing and buffing which leads to mistakes and accidental cuts/red marks on cuticles. I attached photos of which ended up happening to me. The lady doing my nails was looking away while buffing and left a pretty deep cut on my finger. It bled the whole entire time I was getting the manicure - no discount, one apology, and she tried putting pressure but it was bleeding too bad. I don't think this place is horrible but I would rather go to a place where the people are focused and precise, not careless and spaced out while working."
