"Great Barbacoa and and carnitas tacos . Just so you know Barbacoa is not Mexican style barbecue. I don't know why they have it listed that way. barbacoa (in Mexican cooking) beef, lamb, or other meat that has been slowly cooked with seasonings, typically shredded as a filling in tacos, burritos, etc. "a burrito stuffed with barbacoa" So So good."
