"I have always loved getting coffee at Starbucks, but in other cities, not here at this one in particular. First of all, it was rather cold and uncomfortable inside. Then, the young ladies who worked there hardly paid attention to me and when they spoke they appeared to be annoyed. One almost scolded me when I touched the cup of a drink I thought was ready for me. I was the only one inside; so, I thought that one of them might have mispronounced my name. Suddenly, they were nice to the people who came in to pick up their drinks and left. I never had a bad time at a Starbucks until this time."

"some would say that all Starbucks are the same, but that’s definitely not true I’ve been to Starbucks all over the United States and for the most part they all taste the same that is true, but the service is not always the same. The Starbucks here in Murray Kentucky has never disappoint, they do a great job of getting the line moving and keeping it moving. And one thing that I really like about it, is the fact that they’re open when they say they’re going to be open which sounds crazy, but trust me it happens."
"so happy we have starbucks here in Murray! the place is very clean (atm lol) they have few display.. a lil bit of slow but i understand.. i got my caramel crunch frappe... its just right not overly sweet.... i hope yall have to put more stuff in your display cabinets... bakery has a good selections..."
